- Masukkan 5 biji kuning telur & sebiji telur full kacau sebati...siap ketepikan.
- Buat meringue plk...putarkan putih telur masukkan COT & 1/3 gula....gula masukkan 3 step ye...putar sampai soft peak je.
- Ambik 1/3 meringue masukkan kedalam adunan kuning telur tadi...kacau perlahan² kaupbalik @ guna hand wisk.
- 🇯🇵Ulang sampai habis meringue...jgn terlebih kacau nnt kek mendap.
- 🇯🇵dah agak sebati masukkan kedlm loyang saiz 7".....
- 🇯🇵 Bakar pada suhu 170°c selama 45 minit @ sehingga kek masak......suhu & masa setiap oven berbeza..dah masak sejukkan dulu dan hidangkan.
